LABORATORY OF AGRONOMY AND CROP SCIENCE

Staff: prof. Arturo Alvino (Full Professor) and prof. Sebastiano Delfine (Associate professor).

Main research lines:

 monitoring of agricultural crops with remote sensing techniques

 limiting factors for crop production

 recovery, characterization and valorization of cultivated landraces biodiversity

 monitoring the response of field crops to stresses and the incidence of agronomic (water supply, fertilization, plant density, etc.) and environmental constraints to crop yield.
